Why? No one explains this. They all just swear by it. No one tells why it is so 'magical'. Just seems so unreal. I'm too broke right now to even try to obtain the book, but I am interested. As soon as I'm not eating Ramen and Tuna all the time, I want to invest. I just can't afford to buy this book and it not work.
Here's the thing, I have been recently diagnosed with 3 different HORRID lung conditions. Asthma, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema. Yes, you heard that right emphysema. (partly smoking, mostly the black mold from the previous house I lived in for 3 years without noticing.) Let me tell you, I'm 24. I will buy cigs before I buy food anyday. This is how bad my addiction is. I have been known to surf through ashtrays at random places around town to get my nic fix if I am too broke. (This really hasn't happened in over 3 years, but I know if it came down to it again, I would.) I am tired of waking up hour after hour all night long to do a nebulizer treatment just to be able to sleep/breathe for the next hour or two. I have ended up in the hospital 5 times in the last year for the same fucking thing! My lungs. I have showed up for a check up at the doctors only to be whisked into a wheelchair and walked over to the ER right across the street cuz my oxygen level was 81 instead of 98-99. This shit needs to stop, and it really isn't that easy for me. I cry (literally bawl my eyes out, because I have attempted and failed SO MANY TIMES!) My grandmother who has never smoked or even drank in her life, hates it that I smoke and I promised her I would quit, but why can't I?

I have tried the gum (would still smoke with it in), patches (allergic), e-cig (fucking joke, plus it made my teeth hurt for some reason.), cold turkey (Oh no. Everyone hated the irritable cunt that came out with that one!), distracting myself (reading, knitting, eating sunflower seeds, internet [I don't smoke in my house], chewing gum, you get it), among other quitting tactics. Currently I am on week 2 of the Chantix and STILL smoking! I have the weakest will power ever. I know that I WANT to quit, as well as HAVE to quit. I am killing myself even more so than others that smoke. It literally hurts to smoke, but I still do it. This is a demon I have been battling and losing to for over 2 years now.
Please tell me this book is truth. Please tell me it opened up your eyes and really talked you into quitting. I don't know how I am going to obtain it, but I will. Looked on Amazon, honestly $12 + shipping is over the top when for the past week and a half, my main meal every meal is either tuna fish salad (not even sandwiches) or Ramen. I hate tuna BTW.
